    BAD CHECKS
    A $35 fee will be charged for bad checks and patron will forfeit the privilege to use checks again in the future.

    CHILDREN AND PETS
    Children are welcome but must be kept under constant parental supervision and parents must accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their children. Pets are also welcome provided they are hand carried and do not cause a nuisance with other pets or disturb our patrons. Larger pets must be kept outside the store. We will gladly provide fresh water for them. Owners assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets and must clean up after them.

    COATS, HANDBAGS AND PACKAGES
    For your convenience, and to minimize breakage and theft, we ask that all such items be stored at the front desk or left in your car while you shop.

    DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
    RIAM will help to arrange for local deliveries whenever possible. All delivery services are independent contractors. RIAM assumes no responsibility for delivery cost, loss or breakage of any kind. RIAM will, for a fee, pack and ship most items worldwide. Shipping insurance at buyer's expense is required. RIAM assumes no responsibility for loss or damage in shipment.

    LAYAWAYS
    All items are available for layaway. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Items must be paid in full and removed from the store within 30 days to avoid loss of deposit.

    RETURN POLICY
    Please inspect merchandise carefully and understand that imperfections are common with antique items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless significant misrepresentation by the seller can be proven by the buyer.

    SALES TO DEALERS
    Dealers who have proof of a valid resale number will be entitled to any applicable dealer discounts and sales tax exemption upon completion of a resale certificate will be kept on file and renewed annually.

    STORAGE OF PURCHASED ITEMS
    Purchased items that have been paid in full may be stored for up to 1 week at no charge. Longer term storage will be charged at $2/sq. ft. per week or fraction thereof.
